Before our first call, I'll review everything and study what you shared. During that call, we'll start adding the "easy" stuff to your profile, but we will also deep-dive into your career, accomplishments, and goals. It's low pressure and more effective than you might expect.

This process uncovers the proof points you've overlooked, identify your Red Thread, and define your strategic positioning. By the end of this session, your narrative is clear.

Session 2 · 3-4 hours

Profile build & optimization

This is where your profile really starts to take shape because it's morphing from a collection of random, incomplete information into a narrative worth exploring.

This depends on how clear you are on your goals going in. Generally, we work face-to-face for 8-10 hours, plus email back-and-forth. I also do quite a bit of background research before we meet, based on the preliminary information I receive from you.

We usually work over 2-3 sessions, which means it takes about 2-3 weeks from our first session. That said, sometimes clients find it easier to do more shorter sessions (like 2 hours long, instead of 3-4 hours). So if we need to break it up into 4-5 sessions, that works, too. My priority is to make sure your professional narrative is crafted in a compelling way, and your profile gets done. Period.
